I painted a little wall shelf with white spray paint....made it look too fresh and new for my liking so I bought some glaze and chose a oak color to add in....I began painting and wiping with a cloth and before I could say skidaddle by two sons were right in there with me doing a fabalous job at adding the glaze then wiping off the excess to provide the perfect "aged" look to this shelf.
When completed they both wanted to know what our next project would be!
Now when they grow up and their wives to be exclaim that they want to add some character to an old or new piece, then my little men will know exactly what to do!
A little project, a little teamwork....and one memory that is priceless!
