Ok, I go a bit nuts with lamp shades...I sell them, I make them for me, for your, for friends, for anyreason really....here are a few....for you to see. I know I am posting like a crazy fool today but the kids are occupied with a sleepover guest, and I am not shopping online or falling behind in housework, and daytime tv stinks so here I am spending time with my blogging friends.

These are the fussy shades on my fireplace....waverly essence is the base fabric then dolled up with fringe and trim....pinks and greens.
This is my feathery little lamp in my tiny little foyer....dupioni silk pieced on a unique shade (not the candlestick lamp is identical to the lamps on my mantel. I found these at hobby lobby on clearance and bought a buggy full.) I then trimmed in feather trim and used my napkin ring from the ladies spring luncheon table to tie on as an accent.
my tiny den space.....just look closely at the lamps, there are 3 in this space and all are adorned on some level! Do you think I have a lamp fetish?
Gotta run make icecream cones for the kiddo's! Yummy!
